We know you are busy so our providers come to you for the care you need for general primary care, comprehensive health assessments, chronic disease management and basic physicals.
If you do not have a primary care provider or looking for one, we can provide all primary care needs at home or office, including annual exams (excluding pelvic exam) and general medical care. This includes care for chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or high cholesterol. Our primary care providers can draw labs for you and prescribe medications as needed.
RemedyNow changes primary care as we know it. Our care team includes a physician/nurse practitioner and an integrative health coach who works together to heal the whole person. While the primary care provider will cater to all your medical needs, the integrative health coach will set goals enabling you to participate in your own well being. They will also assist you in achieving all your wellness needs. This all comes to you at your doorstep either in-person or for follows-up via a video visit.
