We know you are busy, so our providers come to you for general primary care in Milwaukee. We also provide comprehensive health assessments, chronic disease management, and basic physicals.
Services We Provide
General Primary Care
If you do not have a primary care provider or looking for one, we can provide all primary care needs at home or in-office, including annual exams (excluding pelvic exams) and general medical care. This includes care for chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol. Our primary care providers can draw labs for you and prescribe medications as needed.
Comprehensive Primary Care
RemedyNow changes primary care in Milwaukee as we know it. Our care team includes a physician/nurse practitioner and an integrative health coach who work together to heal the whole person.
While the primary care provider will cater to all your medical needs, the integrative health coach will set goals enabling you to participate in your own well-being. They will also assist you in achieving all your wellness needs. This all comes to you at your doorstep either in person or for follow-up via a video visit.Patient Testimonial
Physicals
School Physicals
Start the year with a physical exam to make sure your student is ready to succeed. Please have any required forms ready to sign.
Sports Physical
Make sure your athlete is ready for the season and can safely play. Please have any required forms ready to sign.
College Physicals

Aamir Siddiqi
Urgent Care Physician
Board Certified
Aamir Siddiqi is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of RemedyNow and a board-certified Family Physician who has been practicing a complete spectrum of family medicine for the last 23 years. He completed his Medical Doctorate from Agha Khan University and family medicine residency at the Aurora family medicine residency program. He takes pride in developing long-lasting partnerships with his patients. He is well known in the community for his leadership and teaching skills and has held previous positions as chief of medical staff, associate director of family medicine residency, and associate professor of family medicine. He lives with his wife and two boys. He is an avid technology enthusiast and spends his free time working on many of his tech projects.
Mary R. Butler, NP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Board Certified
Mary R. Butler is a family nurse practitioner who has a strong interest in health promotion and preventative medicine, particularly in children, adolescents, and young adults. She enjoys working with her patients to develop personalized plans to achieve their optimal health and meet their goals. She believes that the healthier you are, the better you feel! Her personal interests include traveling the world, seeing new places, and experiencing new cuisine and cultures. She thoroughly enjoys being outside, hiking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Kristin Wroblewski, NP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Board Certified
Kristin Wroblewski is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of nursing experience. Kristin received her Master’s in Family Practice Nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Concordia University. She has also received additional training as an orthopedic surgical assistant and has a special interest in orthopedics. Kristin is a current Assistant Professor at Alverno College for the Masters and Doctoral Nursing programs. She loves reading, traveling, playing soccer, and family time with her 2-year-old daughter and two dogs.
Cheryl Gupta
Family Physician
Board Certified
Cheryl Gupta is a board-certified family physician who practices family medicine with an integrative approach and often incorporates osteopathic manipulation to optimize health and wellness. She earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine and a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at Aurora family medicine residency program. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children, hiking, gardening, and reading.
